After discovering Adobe Illustrator's blobby tool and combining it with pencil, I looked to practice with a new project.
Why the Challenger 2? It was 6am and the dogs (of biscuits) had been barking at pheasants for near an hour. Dazed and confused I opened a Facebook group and saw the Challenger. Why not?
Starting with an image trace set to 16-colors I spent a happy 3 hours replacing missing bits and updated the output with many, many blobs and pencil shapes. The scene and placement etc. were pure indulgence.
I am pleased with the outcome given the experimental nature of the thing. While my Wacom video card remains fried it gives me an alternative - if not as rewarding output. I miss painting!
