A piece commissioned after superstorm Sandy destroyed the South Street Seaport. Sadly destined to never be completed.
    Published:
This piece was commissioned by a small business in the South Street Seaport to celebrate their reopening after being shut down by superstorm Sandy for more than half a year. It was going to be made into a large-scale piece to live in their new office, but the funding never came together so the final piece was never made. I still love the way the digital design came out, though.
The best part is it's filled with little visual puns and references. All the official business names have been changed for display on the web.
