Located in Northbridge and Fremantle, the menus at Zapatas were in need of a facelift. The owner wanted to draw reference to the Mexican revolution in a non-cliche way while tying in subtle elements of Latin history. The tri-fold food menu contains original illustrations facts about Zapata himself while the drinks menu is in juxtaposition as a six page booklet set off with a glossy black finish.
