Food 4 Thought KZN is a “foodie” network aimed at bringing restaurants and “good food” lovers together, and in doing so empowering street children in Kwa-Zulu Natal. We call it Sociable Development. Food for Thought has been extremely successful in its collaboration with Umthombo. As design students with separating Food for Thought from Umthombo by creating a completely independent and unique brand identity. Their current Brand Objective is, Food4 thought provides a fundraising solution to
generate funds for Umthombo, who supports & empowers local street
children. Their proposed is, Food 4 thought is a fund-raising entity that plays a vital role in the financial aid of organizations that empower street children. Us as designers need to make those objectives visual and
realistic ideas. Food 4 Thought aims to positively enforce change in the lives of street children or children at risk through sociable development. Food 4 thought is a locally based NPO, aimed at uplifting and
empowering local street children, through creating a sustainable &
dynamic food-centric community. I focused on how food adds flavor to life, this is seen in my vibrant visuals and designs.
