Fountains abbey, one of the most significant beautiful places in Yorkshire, is also a World Heritage Site listed by the UNESCO. Just before the 2020 lockdown, I took a trip to this amazing site with my girlfriend and my best friend in York to enjoy the rare winter sun. Honestly, we were never sure about the weather, but we were just lucky enough to escape the showers and storms. Sunshine in winter lighted the building in a special angle, leaving the shadows of trees and windows dance on different spots on the surface of the fabric. Breath, walk, and breath again, feelings of frustrations and anxiety were slowly taken away.
