Yashica Electro 35 + VX 100 Super (expired)

The first time I shoot with film I used a 2 year old expired film and the pictures were completely fine. But I always wondered how would it look with a much more older film.
Last week I was getting ride of some old stuff in my house and found a closed VX 100 Super from Konica Minolta that expired in 2008 and decided to give it a try. After some research in the internet I found a "rule" that many people use. Basically you should overexpose by one stop for every decade the film is out of date, don't know if it is mandatory or not but I tried it anyway, therefore I used 40 ISO in all of the pictures.
The first four pictures I took, were full of light leaks, a green layer and full of stains (have no idea why, probably because the film is old), after that, the pictures started getting better.
I noticed almost all of the pictures tend to have a slightly pink tone, that's probably because of the age of the film.
