After the success of previous series where we presented the charmingly nerdy character Nugo and his intelligent AMC Pacer, we were approached to reimagine the story. The solution was based on the rational character development constructs - upgrade the visual appearances, shift the main hero's personality from a nerd to a geek, and pimp his ride, giving it a smoother, modern look.

Now he is not a random clueless driver, he is the industry influencer. And he doesn't just mumble sounds, he speaks with the tunes and he's got the moves. The transformation is apparent for both - the main character and his sidekick.
In the following episode we introduced Catto the kitty, probably the cutest character we've worked on since the hedgehog.
While the lighting and texturing process was conveniently challenging, the grooming stage appeared particularly time-consuming and required very intricate techniques to achieve the natural look, feel and behaviour for the kitty's fur.
The New Year edition was undoubtedly the most demanding among all. Packed with sophisticated models, unique animations, hardcore textures (more hairy/furry characters!), dynamic transitions, and complex production design.
We didn't forget to include an Easter egg of course. The cryophobic penguin was actually inspired by the panicking air freshener from the original clip.
