    This project called for an apartment complex in Washington, DC. The site, in the Adams-Morgan neighborhood, covers a triangular 18,000 square-foot site. Inspired by Berlin's Mietskaserne, the apartment complex lobby is accessed through a private courtyard, reached through a passage from the street. Apartments are on five levels, and range from studios to two-bedroom apartments. Read Less
