Focus groups
I am very comfortable moderating focus groups (in-person or online) on various topics. I often work to gather the study objectives, create the participant screeners, moderators guide and the final report. I like to include fun and interactive activities in these groups to draw out feedback and input from the participants.

IDIs
The most common User Testing methodology are the In-depth interviews. I am very experiences in moderating in-person or remote sessions with participants for usability tests, concept tests or just to gather information.

Ethnographic research
Ethnographic research can capture details about the participants background and environment that is often lost when conducting sessions in a lab or just online. Current times have made this type of research more challenging but technology and mobile testing has helped to solve this problem.
