Our work together started with a workshop which included the company’s top management. Out of that workshop a series of employer brand promotion ideas emerged, including the development of a new corporate website with a dedicated career section.
The new website facilitated navigation, solidified the company’s attractiveness as an employer, and allowed for easy access to various company information, from current and previous work, to their service offering and everything in between. Furthermore, the website also facilitated potential employees to get a glimpse of the life as a Straßen-und Tiefbau’s employee, and the benefits they would expect by joining the company. To facilitate the application process itself, the new career section allowed potential employees to benefit from a simplified and streamlined application process.
