The Savin Hauz project is a small studio apartment in a residential complex under construction in the city of Kazan.  Developers should be given credit for a very convenient layout, which in our case only needed to be properly filled.  The customer is a young guy "pumped" in terms of modern trends in design, no less than ours.  The client is connected with the IT sphere and works from home, immediately outlined one of the main must-haves of the project was a large and convenient work area.  As a result, we were able to accommodate almost everything that is needed for a full-fledged living on 36 m2.  Ideal home for one.
