New Orleans Jazz Museum Inaugural Improvisations Gala
Re-designing an invitation package for the New Orleans Jazz Museum Inaugural Improvisations Gala. For this project I used a mostly primary color palette to keep it fun but still have that warm Jazz feeling. The illustration style I used was freehand feeling and imperfect to replicate the improvisational aspect of Jazz music.
For the layout of this invitation, it folds out twice. The first time you open the card you are greeted by the list of charities that the event helps out, as well as some of the performers which are being featured. When you fold down second flap you'll get to see a little more about the details of the event and in the pocket you'll have your RSVP card, cuisine card, and return envelope. Behind this lives a list of some of the event's sponsors.
