USATEES.com is a screen printing shop located in Brooklyn, NY.
PROBLEM: Since working at USATEES.com there has been a noticeable problem with communication between the shop and the sales reps. This communication gap provides a hole where mistakes can become more common, which obviously the company wants to avoid. But there have been no efforts made to try to bridge this communication problem.
SOLUTION: I've worked a system out for myself over the years that has reduced the amount of times I get asked questions on my orders by printers. So, I've decided to try and implement this system for other reps to utilize to their benefits. This will be great for new hires as well since it will reduce the learning curve and hopefully reduce the amount of errors that happen during that period.
This booklet will not only serve as a bridge to gap an internal communication problem but also will attempt to create a bit of a personal connection with new hires and current staff who may feel the company is lifeless. It will try to breath some life into a 28 year old brand and leave room for creating a larger voice and impact for the future.
I still have a lot of work to do on this but it's moving along nicely and I just wanted to share it.
