A single vertex with a subdivision surface and a skin modifier, extruded to resemble a veiny structure.
A UV sphere sculpted to resemble an embryotic sac, with a transparent material and varying transparency roughness using the layer weight node and a color ramp.
Reshaping of the sac, and addition of 2 more meshes inside it to resemble organs.
Experimentation with the transparency settings and the lighting.
For the final look: Restyling of the internal organs, duplication and modification of the veiny structure to add complexity.
