This two-part email campaign is automatically sent to subscribers who haven't clicked an email from AAA Ohio Auto Club in 12 months.
At the launch of the campaign, the first email was sent to about 200,000 "unengaged" subscribers. The resulting click-through rate was 3.5% - nearly double the average CTR from "engaged" subscribers.
The overall reengagement rate for the campaign was 10% - or 20,000 reengaged subscribers.
