eLearning - Dry contract language to engaging course

The client wanted to present contract information and have an agent answer test questions on the contract. This is extremely boring and not exactly a best practice in terms of what they actually expect them to do in field performance.

It was determined that the expected performance would be for a learner to read some information about the contract, and be face with a client situation. To win the client, they need to be confident in your abilities. Score is kept along the top. The learner is faced with questions about the contract and are forced to explin it in real-world terms. They can take a peek at a copy of the contract on the desk, but too many views will eventually detract from  their score.
