To introduce its new line of vegetable and fruit Fusion products, Market Basket required the labeling to communicate a fusion of taste and health in an exciting manner. We used clean, primary colors to draw the shopper's eye, fruit and vegetable imagery for appetite appeal and explicit text to punctuate the good-for-you benefits.
The Liquid Water Enhancer category developed overnight with Kraft’s MiO leading the charge. Market Basket partnered with Wright Design to introduce Drink Enhancers - the same quality product in a “national brand” looking package.
Entering a new food category for their own brand, Market Basket needed the labels for pie fillings to be spot on. So first, Wright Design ensured strong “pop off the shelf” legibility by placing key elements (logo, flavor, product photo) on a light background. Color backgrounds were added matching each of the flavors. The photography sealed the deal with mouth-watering appetite appeal.
