Project Background
Engage Voice for Salesforce brings together the power of Contact Center routing with the leader of Cloud CRM vendors. The seamless integration enables the agent to capture call information directly inside Salesforce customer records.

I was part of an ambitious project to redesign the interface experience for the fast growing product.
  
Current Design
  
The Challenge
Contact Center is a company acquired by RingCentral. In order to make Contact Center's Engage Voice product visually consistent with RingCentral, a major user interface revision has been carried out. The product architecture planning has been carried out for three months. And this is my first project in RingCentral.
Old Design
  
Solution
In the planning stage, I integrated into RingCentral’s design system guideline for product planning to make the visually lighter and get rid of the old and heavy feelings.

Overall from the 5 prospective beta customer we have reviewed the product they have given a positive review of the design.
Strata Tech in particular mentioned that the authentication flow and the design for overall inbound call management was better than some of the other vendors they had explored.
