Everyone that shoots concerts runs into less than optimal lighting situations eventually. For some reason, venues love to use red light, which doesn't seem to capture very well, especially in low light. I will share with you a little trick I use in Adobe Camera Raw (this also works in Lightroom) to get rid of that pink color-cast and bring back skin tones.

A few small exposure adjustments later, I tweaked the sliders in the "Camera Calibration" tab. This method doesn't always work, but when it does it is amazing!
Final Image after retouching and further color correction in Photoshop.
