Established in 1983, Littlethorpe has been designing & building quality hardwood products for almost four decades. A family business, Littlethorpe manufactures wooden street infrastructure & is the leading supplier of sustainable, hand-made hardwood shelters in the UK.

Getting to know Littlethorpe's goals & customer pain points

Our goal was to attract a new growth customer so we needed to understand them. During several workshopsĀ weĀ described customer personasĀ to understandĀ their challenges & how Littlethorpe could go above & beyond to solve them. We then aligned their expectations with the objectives of the brand to create a roadmap that delivers value for both.

Littlethorpeā€™s FSCĀ® certified, sustainably sourced materials & UK-based hand manufacturing process were to become cornerstones of our brand strategy. The identity needed to turn heads, match the quality of the products & convey a friendly personality.

The Littlethorpe brand identity captures the warm, friendly nature of the team, the strong & sturdy quality of the product and the unique beauty of a handmade item - built in Leicester. It celebrates where Littlethorpe is heading and respects the proud history of the family business.

With a market saturated in cheaper lower quality products, Littlethorpe was being compared on cost alone. We simplified the product range, introduced a cohesive identity & positioned the company based on its heritage, craftsmanship, sustainability & durability.
