Cursive writings
This nonfiction book is an illustrated cultural history about the European current writings (German title: Schreibschriften). I am fascinated of this subject for years. Cursive writings are something mundane for us, but they have a rich and exciting history. They are already part of the human culture for centuries, born out of the need to write something quickly down.
Next to general information and the history also modern developments are addressed. For this book I wrote all texts, illustrated writing tools, searched for pictures, drawings and writings related to the topic and designed the whole book.
