Business Goal
The goal is to increase the number of customers/users who will participate, donate and support PCF program.
Key Challenge
The current design of the PCF website doesn’t give users enough options to participate, donate and support PCF after finding information about the type of cancer of their pets on PCF website. 
Solution 
• All pages are optimized for both mobile and website. 
• Don’t make registration mandatory for checkout.
• Make sure that user can easily find items that is looking for.
• Don’t create complicated checkout processes.
• Clearly indicate the stage of process with progress indicator.
• Make sure that user can easily ‘change’ or ‘save’ their shopping cart.
• Show the amount due early on and clarify that the payment is secure.
• Avoid unexpected delivery costs: this adds up to nearly 44% of shoppers who abandon their cart!
