Student Work : Advertising | Adobo Connection

1st PUP TRIPCON 2013
Advertising | Adobo Connection

Second year. Second semester.

A compilation of ad campaigns made by our group (CapSion Advertising) for TRIPCON 2013: "Serve the Best AD-obo Concept", having Adobo Connection as our client. Our works are focused on our tagline "Sarap sa Tahanang Pinoy!". We bagged most of the awards: Best Print Ad, Best Online Sales Promo, Best Jingle and TRIPCON 2013 Overall Champion.

TRIP CON stands for TV, Radio, Internet and Print Advertising Concept Contest. This will be a competition among the sections in the second year level represented by group (s) as a final requirement for the subject – Advertising Conceptualization and Copywriting. The participating groups are tasked to come up with a campaign for an existing brand and have it executed via TV Commercial, Radio Commercial, Online Promotions, and Print Ads. Evaluation will be primarily based on the concept and its creative execution especially in terms of copywriting.
This year's client, Adobo Connection, is one of the fastest growing chain of restaurants in the Philippines that serves different Adobo* recipes and other Filipino dishes.

*Adobo is the name of a popular dish and cooking process in Philippine cuisine that involves meat, seafood, or vegetables marinated in a sauce of vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, browned in oil, and simmered in the marinade. It has sometimes been considered as the unofficial national dish of the Philippines(wikipedia.com).

Body texts, headlines, photos and some ideas credits to Noela Amparo, Ian Fajardo, Anton Magallanes, Christine Barias, Joy Garais, Ghera Olivar, Jeane Vilog, MJ Jucutan, Alissa de Ocampo and Dane Almirez.

These designs are made only as a final requirement for our subject.
