For this project, I used both adobe photoshop and illustrator. I enjoy the process because this is my first time painting digitally. I used different brushes in photoshop to create a realistic style. I used the gradient tool on illustrator for the background color for the last two pieces and used the pen tool to create the black silhouette. For Going into this project, I was already decided to paint one of the pictures I took (the first one). I really like this picture a lot, and I was painting in oil paint last year in high school, but school got canceled, and I never went back to retrieve it. I found the second pic from the internet to go with my first painting. The third piece is an album cover. I like the color of it, so I decide to create that gradient background. The last work was more like a freehand drawing. I struggle a bit while using illustrator, so I made something simpler.
