🇬🇭GHANAIAN TEA PACKAGING🇬🇭

My Inspiration of this Tea Box came from the west-African [Ghanaian] fabric known as KENTE and the Ghanaian symbols known as ADINKRA. Adinkra symbols were designed by the Akan people during the early 1800s. They have wide reaching representations, from life, death, wisdom, and human behaviour. Although I’ve captured only 10, it is thought that there are around 400 such symbols. Kente and adinkra have been traditional bedfellows.
