A pilot illustration for a short story of H.P. Lovercraft "Dagon". I tried to depict the feeling that the shadow from a big hill reminds of a bottomless pit. The author is wandering somewhere in the mountains at night all alone and his imagination pictures some creepy creatures and forms.
