Project Description - My final project is a photo-essay book on the relationship between a father and a son. This relationship evolves over time, endures ups and downs and yet the bond strengthens. Life’s choices, peer pressure, career decisions are difficult and increases the gap between the two. But finally blood is thicker than water. The book celebrates this journey and cherishes their bond. They are comfortable, happy with one another and can share their emotions with no uncertainty. These reflections may inspire As a photographer I love capturing nature. I have taken candid photos of the father and son in their natural environment capturing the beautiful relationship through the years. The father and son pictures demonstrate Many names, single emotion PITAH the father to think about the life, values, and beliefs, and what he would like to pass on to his son. A father is called by many names - pitah, daddy, daddy, appa, abbu, daddy, pappa, bapu, baba, dadzu, dadda, and so on. My book is titled ‘PITAH’ (which is a somewhat old-fashioned word for father in Hindi). The name depicts the love and emotion the father and son feel for each other.
