Signage and wayfinding for archive

Signage for state archive

Design and concept planning for signage and mural in the state archive Chemnitz. Interior design, signage and mural were created as part of reconstruction works on the Peretzhaus, an industrial building of the 1920s. During the planning process cost-effective techniques were taken into consideration. The mural, for example, was build by stencil painting. The decor is inspired by textile patterns from the period as textile metropolis in the 19th century.
