DAY 13 / Painful Creative Block

The creative block begins when we overdo thoughts with too many options, opinions, details, and plans. When a knot of thoughts blocks our creative flow.

The best way to overcome it is to find some quiet place and chill. Turn off your brain, or swap your thoughts with an activity that brings you joy.

Then art will fill your silence.
