Skeptron Biz helped promote the festival to all Gensan residents and friends who are located within the city and around the world. The website was created 2 weeks before the festival. Simultaneously, facebook account and community pages were created along with a Twitter account.
In less than 2 weeks, the FB community page (Kalilangan 2011) exceeded 4500 "likes" and its personal account (Kalilangan Fest) exceeded 500 friends. All FB accounts were real and active.
