DESIGN PROBLEM  IDENTIFICATION AND FORMULATION

Ergonomics is a one of the following elements that all the designer should be study out to implement that in their product designs.In a simple definition ergonomics can be said it is a criteria that makes humans life easier. As the world keep moving forward to technology this kind of elements play a perfect rolls on that. The current market product which is the torchlight keep manufactured with the same design since many years ago So from this I also identify some problems from the design I choose such as ergonomics factor,size factor, and  more on. Problem in current market torchlight is big in size. Torchlight is consider as a emergency tool so the torchlight should be design it in simple design and not in complicated way.The big and heavy  torchlights make the users to avoid and ignore the use of torchlight.If the torchlight design into a small size its make the users use it easily and carry everywhere..The ready made product should be improve in some ways which can adds on some elements and principals over here to produce a innovative product

I will  design and produce a torchlight for this project which is creating a travel accessories designs. The purpose of I produce  the torchlight is for those transportation users which is motorcyclist and cyclist .This is because of those who travel at night time and suppose if their motorcycles or cycles breakdown by the roadside or wherever in a dark place without street light. This torchlight also make to those travel to an inland places as examples  village, forest, and more. Not only the product focus to the transportation users meanwhile it also focusing to the villagers to their daily travels.

-Criteria of my product is (L14.7CM×H3CM × Ø3CM) scale with a light weight 50g to 100g.

-The battery capacity is is high which is can long last for 1 day for full charge.Durable         product and strong plastic which not easily breakable
