The “Informing America Project” is an independent resource to help combat the perpetuation of misinformation mainly in the United States. The Gates Foundation US Program launched the project with the goal of creating or curating a digital resource to help Americans make more informed decisions on important local, national, and international issues, topics, or events so that they can ultimately get involved on a local level in more productive ways.

The core idea behind my take on such a project is the preparation four in the actions one should take during a wildfire focusing mainly on the West Coast and Rocky Mountain area. Along with the benefits of controlled burns and fire control.
