To create a healing space that improves the health and well being of the residents with the use of natural elements and greenery. Implementing sensory designs and using visual connection to create more opportunities for interaction that will foster trust which will assure residents a same and homely environment.
CONCEPT
The use of plants complemented with light coloured wood and concrete materials create a calm, warm and homely atmosphere. The sensory and biophilic elements creates a healing space that will improve the health and well being of the residence.

The proportions and scale is broken down into smaller ones making it more informal and easily adaptable for the residents. The cavities created from it makes an interesting experience through the space as well.
The double volume central area and the interlocking of floors and spaces creates room for visual connection which will open opportunities for interaction. Communication which can foster trust and familiarity and will eventually ease the residents' reintegration into society.
