浮游 Floating｜Yawen Chiang

攝影師蔣雅文於2020年初回港恰巧遇上疫情，便用鏡頭紀錄下城市的不安與躁動，並在沖洗照片的行為中也賦予屬於香港的回憶。書封以香港具有象徵意義的「招牌文化」作為發想，從「直橫交錯、重疊、率性」等特質來運用於封面的文字編排。在文字內容上使用照片中的各個代表地區，讓「浮游」直壓於地名之上，也暗喻著香港（人）本身那日漸漂移游蕩的身份認同與社會局勢。
The photographer documented the restless ambiance in Hong Kong in early 2020. The special treatment to the images evokes a special memory of Hong Kong during that time. The cover typography of the text “Floating” in slightly twisted pixels further emphasizes the feeling of uncertainty. Play of vertical and horizontal texts reflects Hong Kong’s unique shop billboard culture and its own rhythms.
