This is a PSA project I did on human trafficking. It is an issue that Is very important to me and I am very interested in raising awareness for. I liked the idea of using traffic signs as the visual for human trafficking and helping kids get out. A lot of images I looked at for human trafficking were pretty frightening, so I wanted my designs to not be so scary that people would not want to look at them. It is important that people pay attention to the posters so they will learn about the issue.  

I like the hierarchy and alignment of the design. I feel that they are simple, yet still creative, effective, and not the usual human trafficking images you see. I imagine these images as ads in magazines, rather than out on the street. These designs were inspired by the organization Operation Underground Railroad. They help rescue young people from sex trafficking. To learn more about their organization visit ourrescue.org.
