Production process at Vodka and Spirit Factory in Toruń
The production of the spirit at Vodka and Spirit Factory in Toruń is based on over 125 years tradition of spirits industry in Poland. The pioneer and the father of the productionof the spirit in Toruń was Mr Wilkenhausen, German entrepreneur, who personally chose the area for construction and built the plant.
Vodka and Spirit Factory in Toruń has a technical and technological nature what is a base of high quality of products. Implemented control systems monitor the processes carried out by preparing a batch of raw materials for the production of agriculturaldistillate in distilleries, the process of fermentation in the fermentation tanks, stripping in the distillery equipment, transportation to the warehouse, storage in storage tanks,continuousrectificationprocesson the Italianproduction linetype ofIMRO, aging the finished ethanol in storage tanks, transfer of selected quality alcoholic spirits in the compilation of vodka process, using water drawn from own deep-water scenes located in our factory. The water is drawn from own deep-water scenes set in Cretaceous layers that gives it an excellent taste and smell.
All processes related to the preparation of Vodkas are conducted on the production line made ??of white steel, having the appropriate approvals, and refining materials used in are imported from world renowned companies. The packaging of finished products is carried out on the equipment from Germany – Krones company and from Dutch – Sthork company.
Ethyl alcohol obtained in the process of compiling vodka is subjected to thorough tests, including tests by chromatograph, which allows selection of the best parameters of alcohol meeting the required performance standards. Alcohol is then poured into the combiner, water is added after filtration based on the system of reverse osmosis and demineralization. Such prepared initial set is subjected toa process of aging for a period of 48 hours. Then, according to the approved recipe the compiled vodka undergoes a filtration process based on carbon and candle filters. Such prepared set is subjected toa final process of aging, and then, before being taken to the technological line, tasting is carried out to determine the quality of the prepared set
