: A home stretching game device that gives users daily motivation
Junior year project
Solelp is a home stretching device to help people enjoy stretching for better posture. Unlike other stretching mats, it uses it's bar, mat, handles, and app to interact with the users and give a sense of joy and reward.
With the lidar sensor camera on the bar, Solelp can scan the accuracy of the user’s posture and give feedback, so that the users enjoy interactive stretching.
Located on the edges of the bar, the speakers allow the users to enjoy music and receive vocal feedback during the game.
The handles are separable from the bar, in an easy-grip size and smooth texture, emitting various colors of light.
The handles can be used for extra stretching poses using bands, and it also analyzes the posture and gives feedback.
The controls on the handles allow easy adjustment of volume and band tension.
The LED screen on the mat easily guides the placement of hands and feet with touch points, and shows simple indications to help the game.
To enhance the whole game experience, the app provides the list of routines, music, and guide for stretching.
The overall design continues to convey the fun and energetic mood of the product.
The app provides personalized experience such as routine lists, missions and rewarded points, which motivates the users to carry on.
'You’ve done enough work.
Let stretching be something fun.'
