The translation of a drawing to a live product is indeed a great joy.
Kala- The project with Kala cotton fabrics locally called as Bhujodi fabric of Kachchh. This home textiles collection portrays black, pink and white as its primary colors. The collection is made with 5 kala cotton fabrics, used in different layouts hence making each piece unique and different from the other. The key inspiration behind the name has been the bhujodi fabric as it is indigenous to Kachchh and is also organically grown. Minimal hand and machine embroidery are used to accentuate the cushions that give a touch of delicacy.
