Super 8 was a motion graphics project I worked on with Graphic Designer Elizabeth Maybury for our MSc. in Creative Digital Media.
We were asked to make a short video on a subject of our choosing, using techniques we had learned in class. We Selected eight of our favourite female designers working in the industry and created a title sequence style animation.

We split the number of designers between us and created a small animation relevant to each. The above are the ones I worked on, Carin Goldberg, Louise Fili, Megan Fisher and Maricor-Maricar. Liz worked on Paula Scher, Ellen Lupton, Jessica Hische and Shyama Golden.
The video was shot over a couple of days in Liz's Dublin apartment and animated using a combination of Adobe After Effects and Premiere.
