Yamaha Custom Graphic Kit

Do you want to apply Yamaha Graphic Kit like the pros? Then you are exactly right here. We show you how to do it!

We have summarized the steps for you here again:

1. Degreasing:

# Degreasing is one of the most important steps when sticking on your new graphic kit.
# Only if the surface of your plastics is 100% fat-free can the stickers stick well to your plastics.
# We use conventional brake cleaner for sticking and rub the Plastics until they become a little matt, then the stickers adhere perfectly to the surface.

2. Applying The Graphics:

# The easiest way to do it is to attach your plastics on  your bike, then you have to.
# Do not hold plastic parts and can concentrate entirely on the positioning of your graphic.
# When fitting, we recommend orienting yourself to the screw holes and closing them properly position, then the rest should fit by itself.
# If the part to be glued has no screw holes, then you can, as shown in our graphic above.
# Cut the carrier film and gradually remove it after positioning.
# After positioning, it is important that the stickers are firmly pressed on.
# The harder you press them, the better they hold.
# To make it even easier for you, there is a backyard design squeegee with every complete decor.

3. Warm Up:

# Attention: Your decor will only hold well if you use a hot air dryer to stick it on.
# Our film has a "memory effect" - only when you can heat it to at least 150 °C they adapt optimally to the round shapes of the plastic parts.
# This temperature cannot be reached with a normal hair dryer, we recommend  the use of a hot air gun.
# You therefore have to decorate your decor again with one in all places.
# Heat the hot-air dryer and press it down particularly on the round parts of the plastic parts.
# Then you can be sure that the graphic no longer opens.
