Clickdrive, a mobile app that empowers students by searching multiple independent instructors in their own flexible hours. Clickdrive provides an online marketplace of the driving lesson industry. The instructor can select their flexible hour to earn extra income also to build their own brand. It’s nothing like a traditional driving lesson industry—it’s an entire ecosystem of features that facilitate one-on-one interactions.
Detailed Rating Integration
This function assures the students' voice can be heard properly. It is anonymous rating from the students' part due to young student's privacy. Students can choose general rating or detail rating with optional comment section.

Why do we need this function?
________
Rating function is a core function for equal and transparent driving lesson marketplace. Driving lesson is an education which cross the age limit and certificate required education. The Student wouldn't complain due to driving lesson could seem like a short-term course or the institution/ individual neglect the complaints because of students' age. With detailed rating option, Clickdrive offers a friendly reminder that student can give education feedbacks, not just one way communication. At the same time instructor can build their reputation on the market transparently.
Design

My role as UI/UX in this integration is making wireframe and design deliverables. I directly discuss the possibilities with the developer and brainstorm together since there is some limitation. Starting from research different type of rating and UX writing, I suggest a conversation in this rating process. After online wireframe session with the developer on Slack, we decide where the new features will be put.
Challenges
-This function needs to adapt to current screen without creating any new screen.
-Suggested attribute on a driving lesson is different from regular lesson.
-Calculation of ratings.
-Limited space for instructor profiles.

I research for different marketplace to find proper attributes for a driving lesson.
A driving lesson contains different quality: learning efficiency, atmosphere, environment...etc.
To communicate casually is our goal, so we didn't rule out the possibility of adding emoji.
Finally, we decide to change the writing.
Potential
Although I decide to rule out the attributes which is not able to translated in a casual manner, I suggest a possibility of building a more thorough plan to track what is the main factor to affect the lesson quality or even student's will to learn. This potential need to be thorough research but can ensure quite an impact.
Instructor Rating Page

The instructor profile was only open to student, but during the sales process many existing instrcutors need to onboard their students on the Clickdrive App. We added quick access for the instructor, so they can better explain the app to their students and knowing what their profile looks like to other students.
