Luoghi del Contemporaneo è un progetto promosso dalla Direzione Generale Creatività Contemporanea per la mappatura e la promozione della rete dei luoghi dell'arte contemporanea in Italia.
Il progetto ha portato alla creazione di questa piattaforma on line, in costante aggiornamento, utile a orientarsi nella conoscenza del panorama artistico del contemporaneo in tutto il territorio nazionale e a sostenerne la valorizzazione.
Il progetto fino ad ora si è presentato senza un'immagine coordinata vera e propria che io qua ho cercato di sviluppare creando un font ed una grafica che potessero restituire il senso di dinamismo caratteristico della varietà dell'arte contemporanea (e dei luoghi in cui trova spazio) e allo stesso tempo che potesse avere anche una sua forma più iconica ed istituzionale, ma anche più adattabile a contesti in cui la leggibilità potrebbe essere compromessa magari dalle ridotte dimensione a disposizione.

Luoghi del Contemporaneo is a project promoted by "Direzione Generale Creatività Contemporanea" for the mapping and promotion of contemporary art places in Italy.
The project has led to the creation of this online platform. It's useful for orienting oneself in the knowledge of the contemporary artistic panorama throughout the national territory and to support its enhancement.
The project so far has been presented without a real coordinated image that I have tried to develop here. I created a font and graphics that could restore the sense of dynamism characteristic of the variety of contemporary art (and of the places in which it finds space) and at the same time that it could also have its own more iconic and institutional form, but also more adaptable to contexts in which readability may be compromised.
