My Role - User research & Design
OVERVIEW - Covid-19 dashboard is a platform that gave information about the covid situation
Introduction -
Indian people are not very serious about this disease. They take corona very lightly. Sometimes symptoms did not occur correctly or people not able to judge symptoms properly. Because of this corona positivity rate is increasing. Some people are very terrified by the news spread by digital media. They don't authenticate it. So we need to increase awareness about corona. We can't cure it but we can leave with it if we take precautions. This is the new normal thing. For that we to create a platform where we can get all information about the corona.
Design Process -
I start by reading the given description. We are facing many problems when corona infection starts spreading. Most of the country use complete lockdown & everyone try to work from home. From that movement, everyone tries to solve problems related to covid-19. Many platforms try to solve different problem. Still, we don't have a solution for covid-19. Every solution is under testing. We need to leave with corona. For that, we need awareness about corona.
I decide to take this problem & work on this to solve this. Different platforms gave different information about corona. Local platforms are very few. As compared to our population Indian infection rate is low than expected. Because of our food habit & immunity, we survive. I decided to create a platform that helps people to aware of the corona.
Before start, I research what thing required to create such a platform. I make a list. Then I start exploring the different platform. How they created & what problem they solve. Then I create a plan & start a user study. I categories users & make a list of requirement. Then I start wireframing the concept. I used whimsical to create the wireframe. After the rough design, I update the design & create a final draft. After this step, I start working on the actual design. I used Figma for that.
I decide to use the Lean Ux model for this project. Lean ux model which contains 3 things.

SOLVING THE PROBLEM -
There are many problems which we can focus on. As looking current situation of the world we need to aware people about the corona. Now we come to the new age of era. Life with corona is the new normal for the world. We don't find a cure yet. Corona vaccine is out but it's not 100% accurate & reliable. So the best way to prevent corona is to take precautions. So I am focusing on awareness about corona.

OBJECTIVE -
After doing the research I finalize some goals. The need to provide some basic important features & services. You can say these are the features -
• Information about corona
• What prevention do you need to take to secure from corona
• How to confirm symptoms of corona
• What precautions you need to take if you are positive
• What you need to take precautions when you are home quarantine
• What food habit you need to follow to prevent corona
• For positive people, what diet they should maintain to recover
• Announcement of lockdown rules which is published by the government
• Local vaccination centers
USER SCENARIO & TASK ANALYSIS -
Rakhi is a teacher. She taking classes online. For household need, she visits the nearest shop. For a few days, she feels restless. She feels cough & cold. She expects this as a corona infection. For that, she needs to compare her symptoms with corona symptoms. She uses covid 19 platforms to match Symptoms. Symptoms match. Now she needs to do a covid-19 test.
Sujay is an IT professional. He doing work from home. He is working 12 hours daily. He is feeling restless for some days. He feels weakness & tiredness. He has a bit of temperature. He wants to compare symptoms with covid symptoms. He opens the covid-19 platform & compares the given symptoms. He feels that because of stress & an unhealthy diet he feel restless. He visits the healthy diet section & gets tips & diet.
Geeta & Ramesh is an aged couple. They both are above 45 age. They are a diabetic person. They have low immunity. They are very terrified by news flashes on media about the corona. They start to take a healthy diet. But still, they want to follow a healthy lifestyle. They visit the covid-19 platform. Open the healthy diet section & read articles. They saw a government official news source. Thy joins the WhatsApp channel. They found helpline numbers. They call on number & get help.
Sheetal is a housewife. She visits the nearest Bazar for daily needs. She feels a cough & fever for some days. She knows the symptoms of the corona. To confirm symptoms she visits the covid-19 platform. She chek the diagnosis section. She feels she is positive. She saw the helpline number. She calls for a covid test & quarantine of herself. She visits a healthy diet for diet tips & increases immunity.
