Stalemate: Produced through rendered art filters overlaying on top of two layer effects. Final concept involved GIMP GIMC-qt's Black Crayon Graffiti filter, the Neon filter from GIMC-qt as well, and minor effects based around point lighting via shadows and highlights edits.
