VGI Rebrand Proposal

Client: Venus Group, Inc.

Venus Group, Inc is a global manufacturer and distributor of luxury textiles. The main purpose and direction with rebranding this company was to obtain a stronger competitive edge in the textile industry while maintaining the corporate values established over 40 years ago. To achieve this, careful consideration was placed on updating the overall aesthetics of the brand without losing some of the key elements from the original design.

The design brief called for an updated logomark that would represent the addition of new corporate divisions and expansion into new industries. The triangular shapes reflect the first three core divisions: Institution, Hospitality, and Home Fashion. The textile roots of the company are subtly integrated through the negative space "stitching" pattern.
