As an island country surrounded by the sea, Taiwan has abundant marine resources, but the sales data of imported fish species such as salmon and cod are increasing year by year. Perhaps the main reason for this phenomenon is not that consumers only want to choose these fish, but that they don’t know they can choose. What kind of fish, so we hope to build a cognitive bridge between consumers and fish, enter the consumer side and the public to slow down the speed of fish selection, from understanding fish, eating the right fish, and starting to bring the spirit of slow fish to the island In the consumption cycle

We found that most people’s first impression of fish species comes from the appearance on the table, so we use the food as the starting point and push the composition from the table.  Back to the ocean, step by step, the process of fish species from fishing to landing to the final table is drawn and presented in the picture

In order to present the true appearance of the fish species, the poster uses silver foil paper to set off the luster of the fish scales, and then superimposes the transparency of the ocean with transparent sheets. The poster presents the appearance of the fish species caught ashore in a vertical composition. You can feel the true appearance of the ocean even when you are on land.

The process of all field investigations and data integration is recorded in this book, and products are used as information to disseminate.
The book serves as a cultural record, condensing and reconciling more than 500 days of stories into a special book that belongs to the slowly formosa

Fieldwork went to four fishing ports, seven counties and cities, and converted the nutrients obtained into works, and finally brought the works back to society. We used simple local elements to form a booth, and used our information and products in mobile booths. The form is extended to the markets of various parts of the island, telling the story of fish species to consumers, and bringing the knowledge cycle of sustainable marine resources to the consumer side.
