「KÓO Á TING」

名字取自於「燈籠」的台語，華人與燈籠有著深刻的聯繫，從前以燈籠來指引夜歸人的道路，至民俗節慶會掛上燈籠表示喜慶，讓傳統與現代結合做出整系列使人溫暖的器皿，因此「燈籠」是貫串整個系列的重要元素。

「共食」是華人的傳統文化，而近年遇到了疫情的窘境，我們還是不忘根本，將共食文化繼續傳承，讓人們之間的情感繼續相互流動。以此將原本合菜盤轉為拼盤，周圍的小巧思以衛生為出發點，少分量卻又能一起安心享用，形體上將度小月招牌燈籠以不同方式融入，圓潤的外型也表現出團圓文化，整體以現代結合傳統，設計出這套餐具。

" KÓO Á TING "

Lantern in Taiwanese is "KÓO Á TING", which has played an important role in Chinese culture since ancient times. In the past, lanterns were used to guide people the way back home at night, and hanging lanterns in traditional celebrations has become a custom until now. To Chinese, people have deep connection with lantern, which symbolizes warmth and compassion. Therefore, we choose “lantern” as the main concept, combining traditional and modern to design a series of utensil.

“Communal Dining” is a traditional Chinese food culture. The soul of communal is to build relationships and enjoy time together. However, facing the outbreak of COVID-19, we have to rethink how to preserve this traditional dining culture and let people enjoy the meal without worries.

茶杯碗

從前人們總是提著燈籠迎接夜歸的漁民，希望使用這套餐具的人能感受到被迎接回到家的溫暖，以此發想擷取出燈籠弧形，作為整個系列的開端，而如同燈籠凸起的紋路讓人在使用時增加手與器具接觸的溫度，杯緣碗緣處輕輕勾起，修飾整體曲線，更為優雅。

Cup；Bowl

In the past, people always hung lanterns to welcome fishermen back home. In order to make people feel the warmth of being welcomed home, we use the curve of lantern to be the first idea of this series. Touching the convex pattern of lantern-shaped utensil will let the temperature get higher when people use it, and the slightly upward curved edge modify the curve of bowl and cup, to make the shape more elegant.

碟子

醬汁倒入時，代表性的燈籠花紋浮出水面，精巧的呈現在眼前。

Saucer

When the sauce poured in the saucer, the representative lantern pattern comes out delicately.

拼盤

把手處經設計，改善成更衛生好拿，盤組也有多種變化的排列組合 : 兩個能拚出設計感，四個能拚成指引夜歸人民的燈籠，也表示華人團「圓」的意象，再來方正的花磚形式，讓客人看見會想到傳統文化的美，最後，形狀容易組合，不管點幾道菜顧客都能任意的在桌上拼湊，充滿樂趣。

Platter

The handle of the plate designed to be not only more easy to hold but also more hygienic. On the other hand, the plates can be put into various combinations whatever customers like. For example, if you put two of them together, the shape will be like a traditional folding fan; if you put four of them together, the shape will be like a lantern. Having fun while enjoying delicious meal! Also the founder shape just like Taiwanese tiles which remind people the beauty of the Chinese traditional culture.
