A series of 4 images of model Giles Oldershaw who sat for me as part of my "Age" test. I'd shot Giles before for a commission and knew him as an excellent model. When we'd phoned to book him we were told he'd just been diagnosed as having Parkinson's Disease but was still willing to model for the project. Giles was very open about his illness and willing to talk about the disease in all its aspects. He was also keen for me to include it as part of the series capturing the contortions / spasms as a study of his resilience and wonderful character.
