I N K / Folkwang Museum Essen
Essen, Germany. March 2021. Ink & Watercolors on paper.
We take advantage of the short opening time in Germany to visit the Folkwang.
It was closed for a long time due to the pandemic.

The viewer disappeared into the colourful abstract work of Wassily Kandinsky.
Sculpture from Renoir. Stand there in green tones.
On the left side you see the Museums guard walking in the hall. On the right side the man look to a artwork of the expressionist "Ernst Ludwig Kirchner".
I looked at the picture of Renoir & a small beam of light fell through the drawn blinds of the museum. It was magical.
The blinds were down this time because it was a beautiful spring day outside.
The courtyard was lit by the sun & the small sculpture inside appeared like a shadow.
There was a young man completely absorbed in the texts and posed in interesting poses.
Love this color combination of this abstract artwork. It was a very great mix of orange,
pink and red. In the other room a woman looks to a artwork.
