The Chevron El Segundo refinery wanted a hard hat sticker to inspire field employees for a major capital project. I designed this sticker using simple lines and bold type. The color palette is bright enough to stand out against many hard hat colors while still being masculine enough to appeal to the target audience. 

The machinery icons are silhouettes of the equipment being worked on during the project.
